OSHA focus four safety training provides an outline of construction-related hazards- fall protection and electrical safety, caught in between’s and struck by’s. Our focus four hazards course is designed to educate workers to these specific hazards.

Assessment Information:
At the end of each lesson and module, you will be given a 5 question lesson quiz and a 10 question module quiz. Each quiz has a pass rate of 80%.
The trainees must also appear for the final exam of 30 questions with a pass rate of 70%.
